The modular Social Media Workout consists of five comprehensive and hands-on sessions. Both beginners as well as advanced participants can find out the added value of working with social media and learn how to make practical use of these new communication tools. Trainings take place at Outsource, or can be hosted at your company on demand.

"No Comment!" Media Training
“No Comment!” Media Training is a one-day hands-on training that consists of a theoretical part and tailor-made exercises.
Goals:
- To understand how the media works
- To be ready to face journalists at all time
- To be able to formulate a clear message during interviews
With focus on:
- Understanding the need for press relations
- Interview techniques
- Short introduction to crisis communication
Up to 5 participants per session will be trained in formulating a short and clear message, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, camera interviews and crisis interviews.
The training is prepared in close collaboration with the communication manager of the company. Corporate messages and communication policies are integrated into the training and all excercises deal with potential professional situations for the trainees.
